As many of you Los Angeles and Silver Lake residents know, the Sunset Pacific Motel, also known as the 'Bates Motel', was coated entirely with pure white as part of an art installation by French artist Vincent Lamouroux. Not only the building itself, but palm trees and the billboards are all coated with white. We have seen many bloggers taking a visit here, so we decided to have a look ourselves. I look like a slight paste of red sriracha sauce on a white plate don't I?
